My Studies - 2005
I
continued in 2005 with my second year of studies at the
University of Cape Town. It was in this year that I was introduced to
the wonders of pure mathematics beyond calculus as well as boundary
value problems in the form of electrostatics, and my first taste of
quantum mechanics. This year I also attempted to expand slightly
further from the cleanliness of mathematics and physics by including
chemistry in my courses for the year.
My final results for my second year are:
Again at the end of the year I passed with distinction and recieved my second Dean's Merit Award.
